It was done by a two man indie fan team, then GW Corporate heard about it, bought the rights (threatened them with endless lawsuits), stuck an NDA on them and pulled it. Because they didn't get to do it themselves and screw it up. Sad, I remember when GW where an indie fan company that published D&D stuff. Yes, I am that old.

It is a very bad game, I still play it as a joke sometimes

Mission 14- I think the game may have given you the surviving engines from the last mission. Given you had one reaver left at the end of mission 13... EDIT: And a couple of missions later you come to the same conclusion.

This game faded into obscurity because it wasn't very good, and very boring.

The AI continually moving those warriors into close combat range with your forces after shooting was infuriating to watch, they should have been programmed to do the exact opposite, just basically turned them into one shot wonders, a total waste and made it an easy win for you.

Even stupid goblins were added, but the producers are stubborn about not adding Imperial guards

Kinda a gip considering that even as the ending dialogue is playing the timer on points is still running down.

You know, would be rather mean if one of these days a map maker put the hive entrance somewhere you couldn't reach and then spread out the attached bug holes. Particularly if the hive entrance was somewhere you'd need to traverse often.

I'm stuck on the boss myself, just noticed from video there's a save close by I completely missed it and been doing a crazy run back just to get destroyed each time lol.

I was waiting to see your reaction to the new reinforce ability. I knew straight away that you wouldn't like it. 😂 It was definitely changed to a tile/grid system intentional to reduce the over use of the ability in small areas. There have been a lot of great changes made in this update with the animations and weapon changes. Some of these changes broke features in SICON, mainly the dropsites cannot be attached to radio posts in game. You may have to swap back to the base version, I haven't tested it with the Open Beta version. (Edit: SICON appears to be working with both the base and the Open Beta)

The only reason I can think for the Mk2 nerf is they're adding the morita mk3 troopers either in the next DLC or in a upcoming patch. Only reason I can think of

Thanks for this. I spent 2 hours last night trying to beat the damn Razor level until I eventually got frustrated and gave up. I'm going to try it again now.

The Royal Wardens are neat, though their abilities aren't ones you want to use every turn I find, though they are shockingly effective vs other command units barring maybe the few Monster ones (Hive Tyrant, Bloodthrister, etc.) As for the Bio and Pyro the nids got, the Pyros are a nice budget option if you can't afford a Tyranno, and the Bio might become a auto-include in ranged lists for me, as having that indirect fire is a really nice compliment to the Exocrine's mostly single target damage.
