I wanted to ask you this though, I want to continue art so I can learn however I feel like it’s lacking in terms of anatomy because I haven’t gotten better/progressed much so how did you learn? (Your manga inspired me to continue back on art as I was formerly going to give up.😅)

I've never wanted to make a comic as anything but a hobbyist but even so, AI’s rising prevalence was making me blackpilled about trying at all. I found this video exactly when I needed to & your art is lovely btw! Happily sub’d now. ♥ Definitely TLDR for most but in case anyone who’s been having the same doomer-y thoughts as me sees the comment: this video nailed it, art in its truest essence is a connection between the creator & the viewer/listener/reader & that’s why it will never genuinely die. In a way this is just the obvious evolution of the increasingly corporatized mainstream art we’ve been seeing, esp this past decade. Honestly, from a discerning consumer’s perspective, AI slop isn’t all that different from corpo slop that’s been picked at & meddled with by a thousand different executives. I’ll always prefer to get that peek into another human’s head via their art than to see an assemblance of my favorite tropes & character types compiled into a story for me by a computer or w/e, and I know I’m not alone. It’s obviously going to be so much tougher now but don’t totally give up on creating, artists!

السلام عليكم اختي، ما شاء الله عليك مبدعه في الرسم و موهبتك لا تقدر بثمن. و هذي نصيحه لوجه الله ، استعملي موهبتك في ما يرضي الله و تجنبي رسم ذوات الأرواح فلقد وردت عده أحاديث عن تحريمه. و انا كنت مثلك صراحه جدا متعلقه برسم الانمي بس دايما قلبي كان يوجعني و يقلي في شي غلط، بس كل ما حاولت اتجاهل هذا الشعور صار اقوي، لدرجه اني صرت اسهر بليل و انا احاول اقنع نفسي انو عادي و ما فيه شي. بس سبحان الله الشعور ظل ملازمني، لين ما قررت يوم اني اشوف فتاوي، جهزت نفسي نفسيا و فعلا شفت، و ما اكذب عليك وجعني قلبي لمن لقيت انه فعلا لا يجوز. بس سلمت أمري لله و قلت لنفسي من ترك شيئا لله عوضه خيرا منه. و فعلا سبحان الله كلها شويه ايام ولا كأني فقدت شي. بالعكس صرت اركز على نواحي غير الانمي من الرسم و رسمي تتطور بمراحل. ادري انه شي صعب، بس تذكري ربنا بعوضك خير منه بمراحل، و متاع الآخره لا يقدر بمتاع الدنيا هدانا الله جميعا

dude you discredit your artistic choices too much, imho your screencap adaptations are GORGEOUS! i can absolutely mistake these screencaps as a real anime. goes to show the artist herself is her own worst critic. the shading isn't too overdone in my opinion, sometimes they use 2 shadows: the main shade and an occlusion shadow for sakuga scenes based on my watches. and yes i will absolutely check out your comic now that I've seen the (fake) anime lol. it accomplished what it's meant to do, drive publicity! keep making more art, more power to you 💜 and happy new year 🎉
