Bad experience this year October 2024. Unclean, wifi not working, repetitive foods, bad behavior guests, not cheaper hotel. Overrated.

DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! The rooms are old, moldy, and run down. Toilets do not flush well. AC does not keep rooms comfortable. Food service is negligent. Food is undercooked and sits out forever for insect and even birds to move in to dig in. Buffet buildings have a noticeable sewerage odor. The pool bar is a mob scene. Long lines everywhere else. Further slaps in the face… Some restaurants have top shelf menu items that they will charge you more out of your pocket. There is an ultimate club that was no where mentioned until we were at the resort … includes the biggest pools, a nice pool bar, and indoor bar area with AC that actually works! If you let them, your concierge will keep you for most of a day for a ‘free breakfast’ that will end up being a sales scam for the ultimate club. DO NOT STAY AT THE GRAND SIRENS PUNTA CANA! It is being run by incompetent people who only want more of your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Bring lots of extra strength pepto bismol so you can make it though an entire super duper animation show without running to the restroom. Otherwise, due to the undercooked, poorly prepared, and unsafely maintained food, you will need to run to the restroom and miss out on the super duper animation. If you need to run to the restroom, you can run to the public restrooms on the resort that feel and smell like a sewer line exploded in a sauna. ... or you can run to the toilet in your room that may or may not flush, which is line with the room AC that may or may not work, which matches well with the dirty and moldy décor of your room. Enjoy!

@@K2020-v6n Hallo War im Anbetracht des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr zufrieden. Klar, das Hotel bzw. die Hotels entsprechen nicht dem deutschen Standard.... ist aber völlig ok. Wenn ich überlege, dass man dort im Winter auf den Tag umgerechnet inkl. Flug / Transfer um 50€ herum all-inclusive zahlt kann ich mich nicht beschweren. Das Geld gebe ich in Deutschland auch aus....da sitze ich aber dann im Regen.

2 Jahre altes Video. Leider hat sich das Hotel langfristig doch nicht so gut plaziert wie es geplant war. Aktuelle Bewertungen auf div. Portalen 2022/2023 zeigen das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht den Erwartungen standgehalten. Teils Publikum 18+ die auch auf den Putz hauen. Pool im Schatten (ok das war schon bei Eröffnung so) Personal ... Essen .... Wie heißt es so schön "Das Bessere ist des Guten Feind".. und es gibt Besseres.
