I thought she was a mannequin! She’s really pretty, but was almost orange in a few shots. I’ll bet if she laid off the makeup she’d be a lot prettier

Wow… I use to do this in 2004-2006 😂 I absolutely LOVED wearing it half up half down or all curly … platinum blonde with almost black underneath 😊& my favorite platinum blonde with either a black cherry color or an auburn then I’d get sick of it & color it blue black 🙄😳😫 plot twist I’m a natural level 7 redhead… ‘strawberry golden blonde’ my moms best friend is a hairstylist & she’d CRINGE every single time she saw me with black hair.. she’d say “DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW BEAUTIFUL YOUR HAIR COLOR IS?!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND MUCH $$ I CHARGE WOMEN TO GET THEIR HAIR THIS EXACT SHADE?!!WHYYYY LULU WHYYYYY?!!!” I remember she closed her salon & had me come in so she could do my hair & it took 2 days and yes looking back it was absolutely beautiful but I hated it. I thought it was just way too ‘boring’ I was such an ass! To humor me she threw a bunch of platinum blonde (per my request) highlights & I think I kept my hair like that for 4-6 weeks tops.. then colored it pink. She was SOOO pissed. I didn’t understand at the time but now of course I do… how much time & effort she put in and did it for free because she said my hair was ‘making me look cheap’ & my ‘true beauty wasn’t showing through’ I need to go call her because to this day I absolutely cannot get my hair to that absolutely perfect shade .. she actually matched it to my elementary school photos. 🙃 of course I’m obviously older now so my hair is a bit darker but man I’d absolutely LOOOOVE to be able to trust someone like I trusted her with my hair because EVERY SINGLE ONE (not exaggerating unfortunately) did what they wanted to do & a few did EXACTLY what I didn’t want.. so I started teaching myself the proper way to do color & it’s paid off! I got my hair cut a few months ago & all of the stylists couldn’t believe that 1) it wasn’t my natural color 2) that I did it myself:) good ole Wella! Mostly 8RG & 8G with 4/5 drops or 1/4oz(depending on if I want more red) of 7R :) I love how I just wrote a novel about something absolutely NO ONE asked about 😂😂😂😂

I am growing my hair back after treatment. It’s growing in at different rates. I would love this cut because it’s the length of my shortest section and could finally grow back uniformly. I can’t afford a high end stylist and am afraid to trust just anyone being as though it took so long just to grow it back at all. Any advice on what exactly to ask for? I’m scared to cut hair I prayed so hard for. However, it does kind of look cray the way it is.
