Day : 1 ☑️ shoulder hurts Day : 2 ☑️ it doesn't hurt compared to day 1 Day :3 can see results Day : 4 my collur bones are more highlighted Dat : 5 fell good Day :6 my hands do t pain much Day :7 can see my shoulder's are better now

I just did it for 3 days and it worked for me. my collar bone are showing and my shoulder is toned. I need to do more progress but it's awesome results for just 3 days of workout. I did it 30 times 2 sets each.
