14 sec to open the roof

Our 2022 Rogue has the little grey square picture in the back for the rear tether, but there aren't any holes or access to them. Any idea how to proceed?

This car is now $99k used. Also, a key reason I'm looking at this over a CLS, is because this has a hatch. CLS has a trunk. For those moving down from an SUV, this makes more sense if you're not into wagons. Regarding wagon version, the 8 cyl is the only way to go. If you prefer 6 cyl, then you're better off with a GT53 than an E53 wagon.

Ecoboost is tunable and there’s a market for it. Upgrade the turbos, downpipes, tune, FMIC, some corn fuel and that’s all you need.

2024 and Toyota still couldn't figure out how to provide a real flat rear cargo space! Nissan Quest perfected that in their 2011 model! And that second row seat still can't fold flat in 2024! So im sticking to my 2011 Nissan Quest until this thing won't run anymore. Drives like a car, speeds up like a car, and provides the most comfortable driver's seat. Maybe Toyota can catch up in another 10 years? But maybe then Nissan will decide to revive their minivan, and its too late.

Question how the automatic (DCT) sounds? More poppy or something? LOL!

I'm from BC as well. I waited 2 years to finally get to test drive this car. Long story short could not find one thing wrong with it and I was trying very hard. Ordered it right then and there. Now have to wait again lol.

The Nissan has 6000 pd towing and the Pilot has 5000pd but yet the Nissan has better MPG. Stronger motor with cheaper on gas.

I have had my 24 Raptor 3.5L 37 package (same one in this video just white) for 7 months now. It still makes me smile every day, i offroad a decent amount impressed for a stock truck what it can do coming from a tundra built prerunner in the dirt world, its a lot of fun. No complaints on my end I am sure the R is a different beast but it’s my fault and already 160 bucks filling up each time would be worse with the V8 every week if that lol

I used the toyota inventory website to find my platinum in Washington state. Purchased extended warranty at midwest toyota in kansas. the warranty manager price beat the Washington st price.

Just awful off road --- auto break locks up in nominally high grass. This is not an SUV for anyone who wants to take it off the pavement. The warning sounds off road will make your off road experience a true negative. Third row does not lie flat.

Thank You for the honest review, I was wondering about the passing power on highway and this confirmed my fear once Toyota got rid of the V6 In my area the highway speeds are 65 to 85 mph plus a lot of headwinds i feel this would run out of steam plus cargo

I never understood calling vehicles like prius a hybrid. I know technically it meets the definition but locomotives and heavy equipment had been using true hybrid powertrains where the ic engine has no connection to the wheels and just acts to supply electricity to the motor and battery. Why did these companies not use a proven setup with decades of real world testing? I dunno but recently i decided to tackle a build and got ahold of a tesla powertrain and battery aka the floor of the vehicle😅. And given my chosen donor chassis a 1989 Camaro just tonclass things up a bit😊, ive had to rework that battery pack to fit into the old chevy's hatch area. I got kinda lucky in that the hatchs luggage area is shaped like a big cube, and after removing the fuel tank i was able to expand that area to accommodate almost the entire stock tesla battery pack. The drive train isnt being altered so far as its config is concerned ie rwd with the tesla drive motor mounted where the small block v8 was and i did have to add weight so as to not upset the suspension braking etc...the transmission was eliminated with a c5 corvette torque tube in its place going out to a BW 9 bolt rear with 3.27 gearing so nothing crazy. I was going to use a V-Twin gas engine as my generator / range extender whatever you want to call it, but then a friend showed me the jet engine on his glider and i thought now theres something thatll run on anything that burns and spins really really fast. After some homework i found a little jet screamer being auctioned off and bobs your uncle. One problem jets are stupid loud. My time in the air force has left me very familiar with and hateful of that sound. Id like to say that i came up with some clever way to quiet it down but no i just copied the chrysler turbine cars exhaust and called it good, and the little bastard is now pretty damn quiet. Im having a friend write the code to govern charging and battery protection after i designed the boards so this spring i might be hitting the road in a turbine-electric hybrid IROC-Z28😅

Manual is only available for the naturally aspirated 2.5 ltr - no turbo option is available.
