That would be a start-I began working in product support, then transitioned to our inside sales team, and eventually moved into Customer Success. I would say networking with the CSM team and showing interest will help as well.

I enjoyed your breakdown between the Amazon Influencer and Amazon Associate programs! It’s so similar (even in the name) where a lot of people get confused and either do the wrong program, only to find out later. Thanks! As for the “three video” verification process, there were a lot of theories. But, a popular opinion is that they are just trying to verify the “influencer” who is registering for an Amazon Influencer account. Think of it as an audition 😂

I have lots of customer service experience and I worked a call center job where I coached healthcare providers on using a patient portal. I did an amazing job, hit or exceeded the desired metrics and I was genuinely energized from talking to clients and learning new systems. I only left to try something different that was a horrible fit. I discovered customer success as a path that I’d like to work towards, but I’ve hit a stump in my career and had to pivot back into a server job (bad luck and tough market ofc). I definitely will check out the course as I am looking to build skills in this area.

Yes, you definitely have a solid background for a CSM. You should create a LinkedIn profile if you don't have one already, so you can see what's currently out there.

I have over 4 years experience as a veterinary assistant/receptionist and I’m desperately trying to transition into CSM roles. I’ve tweaked my resume and cover letters dozen of times, watched all the CSM resume videos, applied to entry and mid-level roles and still getting denied. I'm now in the IT course and looking to take another course to start working towards going to cloud engineering. I would say buying a home as a single person. I think a condo if probably more manageable. A single-family home comes with a lot of cost gaps that you cant expect,

Have you been networking with recruiters? Optimizing your LinkedIn profile which you can find KZbin videos on here to help with that. Also, maybe looking at entry level role such as customer support or product support to move into a CSM role which is the route I went.
