I’d be all over a course like this. I was already reading Nancy Drew and Victoria Holt’s gothic romances when my mother kept me up late one night to see one of her favorite old films, The Innocents, based on the Turn of the Screw. It scared the hell out of me, and I acquired the novella not long after. I was young and it was hard to read...but that was the beginning of my love for classic supernatural stories.

I wish there were more professors interested in offering courses like the one you mention here. I would love and enjoy attending a course on the haunting classics. Victorian fiction is of great interest to me. Hopefully in the future I could attend a course like yours...Arizona is too far from my house :( I can't afford traveling every week u.u
