this wont work on low elo as players will always take the knight, but high elo players would rather take a pawn to set up another trap than just simply taking a knight

1st pawn = 1 point. 2nd pawn =. 2 points Knight= 5 points, Bishop= 8 points. this gambit only wins like 1 point of material

Well, you’re not counting the material white gains. White captures a pawn on d3, a pawn on f7, and the Queen. So white wins 11 points to black’s 8. Additionally, the black king ends up on g6 which leaves it vulnerable. So white is winning in the final position

Also, you are discounting the fact that the king can no longer castle and is out in the open and you forgot the 2 pawns that white takes. Meaning white is up 3 points and black has a very weak position.
