If im not mistaken thats injector 1 for some reason renult have number 4 on the the left maybe loose connection

Great video I'm mine suffered similar the other day I'm sure when my intercooler pipe cracked (common issue) it showed injector 4 ..mine is the 2011 so similar ..I may invest in an ultrasonic cleaner tbh happy to strip it down. Is it still OK? Running better ? I've noticed mine is often hesitant on power and makes sense

You mentioned that you have trouble with cold starts. Did it take long to start , or was it running rough once it started? Cheers

Great video. I have a juke diesel. I disconnected all the leads going to the injectors and then I reconnected the leads again. However, the engine will turn but it won't start. I don't have access to a monitor to clear codes, could there be a code problem stopping it from starting?

Disconnecting and reconnecting the leads should course any issues

injector 4 on these k9k is the opposite end at the camshaft pulley

I hate dci engines but seems you fixed. why didn't you done the same for the other 3 injectors? this way they are all in the same page.

Iv never had to deal with one before wasn't a bad job . Iv done 1 and 4 but your right I should do the others so I know they're all fresh 👍

Got my black BAM this spring, went for the all black look. It has the black full leather, gloss black 18” wheels, black rings, black calipers (don’t like flashy stock iron calipers) Left the Quattro batch untouched, removed the tt badge (everyone knows this car 😄). I gave it some contrast with the gloss/satin black parts. Never been an all black guy, but I Love it on the TT, suits the design.

Yeah I know what you mean about painting the standard calipers I don't usually go to bright but I just want to do something with them to brighten the car up

I've just bought a 2001 225 roadster. Its in for its mot having brake pipes replaced. The sills are starting to go at the and edges bit its original and in good condition otherwise.

It would be good to follow your progress in future videos. Mine is standard, no mods, and as I'm old I'll probably keep it that way as it's mainly for trips out with the wife who likes comfort over performance!

You might be able to tidy the outer sill up or buy replacements in your colour, unfortunately it's a common area.

I wouldn't be adding anymore mods , it's plenty fast enough and the suspension is still comfortable enough. I'm also planning some trips with my TT they are a good car for it . Thanks for your support 👍

Looks a decent wee car, though i reckon you'll have rusty wings and sills as you dig a bit deeper, maybe wait until after winter if you're using it as a daily or you might go down a rabbit hole before you know it 🤣

Nice one - looking forwards to the build. 15-20 mins whenever you have something to say would be good. Nothing worse than somebody making a video because they have to "keep to schedule" even though nothing has happened.Where are you planning to take it for mapping?

@@Justcars1001 I can't suggest anywhere - Just thinking about turboing my MK2.5 and trying to get a feel for who's around and who is good. I'm about an hour North of Telford - I get the impression from your accent that you mightn't be too far away.

Ah yes I missed that I have waterlines they came with the oil line kit . I do have a clutch , tyres and suspension but I just wanted to stick to the turbo specifics
