I can understand entitling this upload as you have. Why not? It's brought almost ten million people in to watch some truly fantastic guitarists at work. It's tough to get views on YT unless you have an incredible number of subscribers. I really enjoyed it. Thank you.

I used to put Steely in front of every WoW character I made.. SteelyKnives, SteelyShaman, etc.. 😂

@@nckey42 I wish! That's about when I started listening to Steely Dan without understanding much of what I was hearing. You're obviously into some pretty fine music. Larry Carlton is one I know quite a bit about, but not Robben Ford, not so much. I've read who he's worked with, though. I shall have to explore.

I think this is the best Ive seen from Robben.and Ive seen and heard a lot. Seems like most pro 335 Gibson players bond to them for life, and play nothing else. Elvin Bishop, Johnny Rivers on and on

The man I learned to play from once told me good guitarist are a dime a dozen. That's what these two are good nothing more. Saying they are the best is outrageous!! Listen to some old Johnny Winter live or even a player like Glenn Campbell. There are far superior players than these two.

They're great blues derivative players. Actually this track is very cliched run of the mill bordering on corny. I've heard a lot better carlton than this . Anyway nothing like the original genius of Allan Holdsworth And I'm dismayed so many people lack lack perception to see this.

In other words singularly, he is technically far in comparison better. However, music is not about competition, it's about collaboration. Or let's bring up Slash. Quite a bit (technically speaking) better than these two gentlemen. Peace.

Technically better? Robben & Larry are jazz fusion cats. They played 100x more technically, harmonically & rhythmically advanced stuff than EVH ever did. Don't get me wrong, I love Eddie!
