Would've like to hear more clean tones hard to determine what the true guitar tone sounds like.

Oh man... I sold this guitar in early 2019. But I loved it especially for deep ,,breathing" clean sound. That guitar was so close with overeall sound and feel to my Gibson Midtown Custom - Unfortunatelly I needed to sold them both.

Witaj, mam pytanie: czy rzeczywiście ten gryf w tym modelu jest jak napisałeś taki gruby ? Czyli nie jest to coś w rodzaju slim taper ? A jak on się ma w porównaniu do epiphona dot deluxe (albo es335) lub es339 (slim taper D) ? Jestem zdziwiony z tego, co napisałeś poniżej, bo w różnych prezentacjach przynajmniej tu na youtubie wielu podkreśla, że jest on niezbyt gruby i wygodny. A tak poza tym brzmi świetnie. Dzięki za fajną prezentację. Pozdrawiam :)

I have this guitar on my radar. Do you recommend it, quality--wise? I'm not a snob or anything, I just want to hear different opinions about this very low priced guitar. Thanks!

Hi! I recommend it very much! Its seriously better in quality than epiphones Dots or Es'. Once a time I had Gibson Midtown which is very similiar in body structure (semi hollow + center block), and with all my respect for Gibson... I would say that Gretsch plays, and sound's almost the same, for half of a price of Midtown. The Only one thing in Gretsch (i didnt like) is the neck. Its rounded 50 style neck... comfortable but for the Gibson style neck lovers. I have small hands, and prefer 60 slim taper, or Fenderish necks.

i have this guitar but with Bigsby. its really great guitar for this money. but the bigsby loses tuning, now i would buy version without it

I used to have the smaller bodied version--the Junior. It was superbly built but I wasn't that keen on the pickups. But I understand the 2019 models have re-voiced pickups so I am looking forward to trying one of those.
