Why dont you spray a thin layer of clearcoat over the lips to prevent the oxidation

It will corrode under the clear. Corrosion preventive additives are only in coloured paints. I would use a wheel sealant myself

if heat up a little the bolt loctite releases the seized bolt .

Толщину так не помню , думаю 10мм. Центр футури довольно прочний - с ним все ок.

bolts need paint or some sort of plating. now that you've used paint stripper and sanded them, they'll become corroded in no time.
