I subscribed and liked the channel. Also, I tried this and I found this to be very nice because it stretched my back, I have mild back problems. Although my flexibility isn't as high as yours, it felt nice.

I have never seen this pose before but I liked doing it. I am a dancer so of course my hips are always tight, and as a person I can always use a stress reliever! Thanks for sharing!
