I subscribed and liked the channel. Also, I tried this and I found this to be very nice because it stretched my back, I have mild back problems. Although my flexibility isn't as high as yours, it felt nice.

Wow, it felt good, but boy was it difficult! I tried this for extra credit in my Health Psychology class with Dr. Sonja Miller. I am glad she recommended your page. That felt great! I've never done yogo before and rarely, if ever stretch! You look great! I just turned 48 and am always looking for ways other than harsh aerobics to stay healthy. I could use a nail right about now.....remembering attending that event in nyc. That next Saturday when Carrie walked into the classroom, we students burst into spontaneous applause. And now, we know about the nail. What a metaphor!

I have never seen this pose before but I liked doing it. I am a dancer so of course my hips are always tight, and as a person I can always use a stress reliever! Thanks for sharing!

I subscribed and like (for Sonja Douzal's class). I regularly practice yoga, and this video may be good for beginners trying to learn the poses. However, i did not find this video very useful.
