I’ve traveled on one these in Scotland 🏴 with first bus midland bluebird (now mcgills midland bluebird their used for uni shuttle buses) but the one I went was used a route from Stirling to Glasgow went on the motorway felt shite on their but apart from that was ok

This is because these buses were formerly Stagecoach buses at Plumstead Bus Garage, but Stagecoach did not need them anymore so Arriva London took these buses, which is why the flooring is still Stagecoach branded. This got refurbished last year or 2022 i think, but for some reason Arriva was too lazy to take off the flooring but the seats were changed from Stagecoach to Arriva moquette.

tbh I never really understood why they withdrew the 168. i don't think it was a *Need* kind of change. I do think though the 10 should be brought back since the 23 now goes back to Aldwych. What do you think of the 414 withdrawal? haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/14-414-proposals

I think that 414 should be withdrawn, not much people use the route as before ever since it got cut from Maida Hill, and now the 414 is basically the 74 and 14 so I agree on the 414 withdrawal.

@@NWLTransport yeah. I knew that when the 414 got cutback to Marble Arch. The Route would be in jeopardy going forward. Either they route it back to Maida Hill and the 6 goes via Paddington to follow the 18 to the Harrow Rd then the 52 to Kensal Rise to miss out Maida Hill completely and then up the frequency on 414 possibly? Or extend the 414 down to Whitehall or something via Oxford Street. Tbh it'll be sad to see it go. That's my thinking of it all

@@OmarZamel-pv7ig before it was ratp that was winning. They managed to get 224, 266, 18, 114 (until it went back to Metroline), 226, etc. It is only NOW that metrolines won, with 228, 28, 223, 9, and more routes being taken from RATP
