for him to dunk, since he is 5'7 (67 in.) with a 38 in. vert, that means he gets 105 inches in the air, and ten feet is 120. This means he has a 15 inch wingspan atleast, witch isnt even that big.

The 38 inch is cap it makes no sense because you can barely touch rim, I’m 5’7 and 14 I can dunk a volleyball and I got a 32 inch vert

Amazing! Way to put in the work! It's going to carry you far in life. My son is 13 and 5'2". He's been working out similarly to you and has the same goal - to dunk. Your video was a huge inspiration to him. He's now confident that when he hits his growth spurt, he'll be able to dunk too.

Outstanding job!😎👍🏾 Here's a lil help. We bought and used these to increase our vertical 3-5inches in 3-4mths. After 1st week they feel like a part of you. Our whole team bought and used these everywhere. At the end of 3-4mths, everyone on the team had an increased vertical of at least 3inches. Needless to say, the guys your height had an increase of 6inches. I'm 5'10. We lead our division in rebounds, blocked shots and fastbreak points. Guys 6'2in, 6'4 to guys 6'5in tall would laugh at us on defense, until they stepped up to take a jumper and the guy 5'8in tall not only blocked his shot but tipped it to a waiting guard who would zip it to other end of court and one of our big men or they themselves would dunk it in with authority. Their whole bench got quiet, even their coach & assistant coaches couldn't believe what they saw. He probably could have dunked it earlier if he had better technique, as a 5”7 player who is trying to increase my vertical, I’ve been working on my technique more than coordination or anything else. The biggest flaw I saw in his jumps were a short penultimate and not bending his knees correctly I bend mine to 80-90 degrees and it increased my vert by a couple of inches at least.
