Garbage Miscue is not an NFL QB, he doesn't have the arm to make the off script plays that he tries to make and he gets himself in trouble by thinking he can make more plays than he is capable of making 💯

Minshew has developed a reputation as a game manager type. Watching his film will show you that he's more of a gun slinger, a high-risk, high reward type of player.

These plays were designed for Aiden. We understand minshew is a happy feet QB but that makes play calling predictable since he's never gonna throw across his body so play have to shift the direction he's running. On top of that.....minshew threw 3 int....on the run

AOC can throw deep as well as over the middle with zip all the time as well as the out with touch. The only thing is that Minshew has better speed but when you constantly let your speed provide you with an excuse when you should be able to hit your man 8 yards over the 🤷🏻

Kolton miller played terrible also and i believe the constant pressure from Garrett didn’t help with the happy feet (and i don’t mean to give minshew no excuses cause he’s not the answer) i think our o line is the biggest problem then it’s giving white too many plays we need to use mattison more moving forward, i sure do miss Jacobs 🥲

Minshew has always had terrible footwork. also his long balls and fades never have a lot of air under them. He is who he is. The main problem with the Raiders is the awful OL play. They couldn't run the ball at all for 3 games and the pass protection is awful. While Minshew may not be the ideal QB for this team, AOC would get absolutely crushed with this OL since he cant escape any pressure at all. He had a bad game vs. CLE, but until that OL can pass protect consistently, there is no way you can put AOC out there.

Getsy's call. He selected Garner over Aiden, although in retrospect, the disparity between the two wasn't much. Aiden has the higher ceiling and is a much better arm talent. It's just his mental errors that carries with it a lot of volatility at times. Then again, same can be said about Garner. Ideally, you would've liked to have seen AOC mentored and sit out a year. Instead, he got thrown to the wolves, so to speak, and now has to learn a completely new offense that, imho, better fit his skill set. In the end, it came down to experience and pocket presence/mobility. What sort of head scratching, though, is that, from what I've heard, AOC was a mobile/running qb in college.

What the fuck needs to happen is Minshew chould not hit the side of a barn!!! Wideouts running free and he over threw them by 10 yards WOW!! Give AOC a shot he gets the ball out of his hands way faster than dip shit and he throws darts 🎯 not ducks!!
