I had a 2016 2.7 manual, 201 lb/ft of torque at 4500(?)ish rpm, before it started to wind up. Basically, it was weak and unsatisfying around town and interstates. I tested a 2024 "S" manual, and ordered a 2025! It's useful in town and will smoke any earlier flat 6. End of story.

Honda and Acura really need to dump those black rims. Cheap and tacky looking. Gets dirty easy.

We have owned this vehicle since 08/2024. Sadly, the 34/34 has mileage is greatly exaggerated. Our best mileage to date is 28.3 mpg. This was calculated by filling the tank, noting the mileage, driving 145 miles (mostly highway), filling the tank again, then calculating the mpg’s. Again that was the best we ever got. Now we are at 26-28, granted it’s winter in Minnesota, but still disappointing. I spoke with a KIA rep on the phone yesterday with this concern. She said to bring it to our dealer and have them perform a diagnostic check. I told her I requested this a week ago when I had it in for a recall. They would not perform any checks unless I paid for it. They said mileage is impacted by the gas used, driving conditions, driver habits, and various other variables (duh). Bottom line, 34/34 is a dream. Otherwise we love the car.

Thanks for the input. It's strange because I averaged in the mid 30s for my one week loan. Granted I didn't measure it like you did but still. Hope the dealer figures it out.

Best looking modern 911. Great sound. Driving experience in an S was a bit underwhelming compared to both a bade 991.2 and 718. The newer 911s are just that much better at doing what the cars are designed to do - a daily biased sports car - and the 718 is much for fun to toss around canyons on a weekend. For the $70K+ asking prices, the engine performamce, e-steering and handling isn't worth it and I strongly encourage anyone to either buy a proper daily and separate sports car or get a 911.2 and up if it has to be a 911.

Bought my first Porsche in 2018, a brand new base Cayman with a manual trans. Absolutely loved the car and thought to myself….if this is so good the 911 must be unbelievable. Ordered a 911 Carrera S which I finally received in 2024. I miss the Cayman. Don’t get me wrong, the 911 is an incredible car in every way but it’s almost too refined. The Cayman had a rawness to it that is lost on the new 911. If you’re looking for a touring Porsche or status symbol buy the 911. For pure driving fun, go Cayman. If you can afford the 4 liter version I would bet it’s perfection but don’t overlook the base with a stick if that’s what your budget allows.

The 4 cylinder has a turbo... That means even the smallest engine can easily be tuned to 400 - 450 +++ HP by small adjustments... Also stock the turbo engine has a LOT more torque at low to medium RPM.

If you swap the battery for a lithium unit they lose the 30 pounds that they gained over the type r. I love mine so much its by far the most fun car ive ever owned.

I think it was designed like that so that the seatbelt doesn’t get stuck in the door jam with the latch in the door jam at the same time preventing damage, but also when the seatbelt retractor goes bad, you can just throw the seatbelt to the middle of the car instead of having to make sure tomove the seatbelt from the left over to the middle of the vehicle so it’s not in the way, I know that’s a lot

One other thing I keep forgetting to comment on these BMW channels is the fact that the the ashtrays all have a little hole at the back of them that is to hold your cigarette upright while you’re doing other shit, no kidding, freaking funny

I love the storage in the door pockets because of the fact the pockets are connected to the door are not separate pieces like they do a lot today on a lot of vehicles everything is blended. It looks very good again. I just acquired a 740 IL about 10 days ago in 2025 and I freaking love this car there are some things happening, their rearing their head, but not things that I’m surprised about. I know the plethora of things that can go wrong with BMW is here but not gonna stop me from keeping this thing no fake dual exhaust chrome tips, which aren’t even chrome or plastic very tastefully crafted car

HRV is 200LBS lighter than the CR-V, so ADX should be quicker than a CR-V? I'd have all the black accent trim painted the same color as the vehicle. First time on this channel, but you should have given us some views way back so we can see the whole vehicle.

Thats a 2022. Same year as my 2022 G80 M3 6MT BSM with Fiona RED! It's Carbon Bucket Not Competition seat. SOme people love them. I sat in them and they were comfortable. It would be a pain for a passenger. You could smoke that tesla Model $hit. That thing was bouncing around on the little lumps in the road like it had blown shocks. 1000HP is not accessible on back roads. Its about handling and the M has that Model $hit covered. Ive abused them on the HWY. Ya gotta turn and brake at some point and thats when they give up. A stop light yeah they fast and so is a hybrid Rav-4
