something weirds been going on id export the video as tmp move it to downloads and play the video in my browser and it could come up with the message "No video with supported format and MIME type found" when the file type was a simple mp4.. if additional info is needed ill be happy to share please help me!

Why not just attach the band to a tree? One end is enough with a suitable bucket at the end. I am sure it would shoot further as the shot would have a greater distance to accelerate.
