@chinasaearnestomage3003 measure your bicep and minus 2 inches from it. 10 or 11 inches depending on how stretchy the elastic is.

Ma'am, i think African print can achieve this. The sleeve doesn't have to be exaggerated like yours, also if one chooses, you can add fabric to increase the length thats if you are using 6 yards, because it won't be folded lengthwise but by the yardage. If folded by the yardage, the sleeve will be up to 22inches plus, i think that's enough for a puff sleeve. Beautiful tutorial Ma'am Oty ❤❤❤

@estyonyi8153 Yeah, it can be achieved if the person doesn't mind joining in her dress. But for someone like me who doesn't like joining, I won't use African print to make puff sleeves style.
