This class of ship is relatively new to the fleet but very well known in the dockyards for its many visits to correct unreliable systems. When a ships propulsion system is unreliable, the ship is too. Hopefully these issues will be rectified eventually. The biggest weakness of our Royal Navy, as it has been since WW2, is its size.

Apparently they discovered bits of the original 1805 "Nelson Checquer" sandwiched in between the layers of paint applied since her building to today and it was more of a sandy color than the yellow ochre she was currently painted in, so if you look at Victory today she is painted with the correct 1805 colors.
