God I hate amateur film makers. All they do is talk about film shots. M. Knight already shot the movie. Just enjoy the end product.

Fun fact: John Amos played adult Kunte Kinte in the groundbreaking miniseries, Roots (1977), while Madge Sinclair played his wife. James Earl Jones played Kunta's great-great grandson, Roots author Alex Haley, in the successful follow-up miniseries, Roots: The Next Generations (1979). It's ironic because the old Jewish man in the barber shop calls Akeem "Kunta Kinte."

It’s a shame you didn’t like the fire gang scene, it’s by far my favorite. The song is so catchy and fun, I love their designs and I thought the idea of them coming apart was genius! Sure the green screen is noticeable, but you gotta admit it’s quite impressive for the time. Also if that scene never happened, Sarah would have never went to the bogg of stench and met sir didumis and catch up with Ludo.

The title of your video is kinda misleading. If you've already watched the film, it's not technically a reaction.

As a Dutchy I loved this episode. Things I want to clarify that you most likely wont read, but i don't care. When Villanele is interested in that gruesome looking painting in the museum she is looking at a painting by Jan de Baen, it is called "The Corpses of the De Witt Brothers". De Witt were Dutch politicians who were, softly said, not liked by the public. They were murdered and their bodies were displayed like so in the paining for the public eye to see. Also to note, parts of their bodies were eaten by the Dutch. A perfect painting for this show. Villanele is eating Hagelslag, you can categorize it as sprinkles but they are much better. Hagelslag is more chocolate than sugar. Sprinkles on the other hand is almost only sugar, corn syrup, and other additives, with a tiny bit of cocoa. Hagelslag translates to Hailstorm in English. It is eaten at meals, like on bread, or as a snack by both children and adults a like. The Red Light District is just a street in the center of Amsterdam that any civilian can pass through. It is not too surprising that the wife, of that guy who was murdered, was walking through it.

Villanelle's characterization definitely shifts in this season and eve does not get nearly enough screen time-- I think villanelle was in the bear store looking for a gift for eve (?) went to London for her assassination and thought she'd pay Eve a visit, gets the perfume made for that occasion, etc. otherwise you guys are completely right in your assessments about the season. although I do think villanelle's style of "love language" started to shift after she met Eve and it became more "intimate". the bear felt a bit lackluster like you said, though

The thing is Bojack wasn't trying to take accountability for anything instead he was trying to do damage control like Biscuit said celebrities go on to her show because she makes them look good and not to actually force Bojack to answer any questions about what he did

It was actually an indie movie that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, and it was bought by Hulu. It broke the record for the biggest sale at Sundance by $0.69 at that time, at $17,500,000.69.

I know I don't know much about symbolism and such, but here's what this made me think. I don't claim this to be true in any way shape or form: The last scene made me think of Gil's earlier line about how people in the past didn't have any antibiotics. Such an odd word to use, but as someone who's always overprocessing everything, I stopped to think about how he was using the word. Antibiotics are designed to help with infections. But the infection in question here isn't physical. It's the infection caused by aching for a time you weren't born in, which in turn infects your ability to be satisfied with the present. To me, Gil was actually onto something, he just didn't quite word it right: they don't have someone to share their love for a golden age with. And then, surprise, Gil does. Sure the ending is left ambiguous, but the idea is still there. Instead of chasing the past, he's enjoying it with someone in the present.

At the beginning, Christoff promised that everything would be real, but it became apparent to a core group of fans that there were scripted arcs. I think the high ratings when transmission stopped was because the fandom realized it'd become real: that Truman had taken charge of his life! That's why everyone cheers when he escapes. My head canon is that the bus to Chicago is really a tour bus full of fans. I base this on the little girl. My head canon about the cop who mistakenly recognizes Truman is that he's a bit actor who'd applied to be on the show, who was home watching the show when he got a frantic call from the studio.

In my head I’d like to think that the light falling, rain glitch, car radio glitch, were deliberate sabotages by people who are part of Sylvia’s movement who have infiltrated the set staff.
