@subeso11 Kingfish, numerous species of Trevally, including GT, OST, Golden etc, Grouper, and I would say cobia falls within the category over here. There used to be a lot of Sailfish all over the UAE, and we caught some in the 90's (released of course,) but I think most will be up north now. In Fujeirah and further north you'll find Dorado, and various species of Tuna.

@JWAR134 I think they all have their unique traits. The Bluetooth helps when setting time etc, but I don't sync mine constantly personally, and only use tbe Bluetooth function to change settings when necessary. All that said, they're all great models!

Hey! Out of the 100's of G-Shocks available, I would recommend the Frogman models for water-related activities, as they are ISO rated for diving specifically. Having said that I've not experienced excessive rust from standard models. It must be noted, however, that metal/rust is a completely different topic. Only certain metals are 100% corrosion proof. In a previous video, I had briefly spoken about VANAX and LC200N used in knives. There are also other alternatives such as Dendritic Cobalt etc. Most watches consisting of titanium/ceramic housing and ISO rated would be ideal for fishing (in altwater.) The issue with equipment used, is whether the hardware (screws etc) used are also corrosion proof. I've added the link to the video mentioned below. I don't get the GX-56. The display is even smaller than the GW-M5610. If you want mud resistent, you can also get a G-9000 or a GW-5510.

@HLi-eu5er I have always struggled more with the terrible negative display Casio had to offer personally. Great watch for the money, especially as it's solar also, but there are other alternatives out there.

@@Dubaiyak I have had a positive GXW-56, legibilty is way better. Personnally I'm more into squares with solar and multiband. Mud resistance is not a issue for me here in Europe.

@HLi-eu5er for my channel it helps me in the salt and sand for sure, but I think all G's are awesome and plenty tough

It's a beast! I think they said in total it weighs around 110kg. You can also add webbing to the sides as with catamaran so quite cool.
