I have to replace 2 Ox Sensors on my 2014 Town and country van. They are both upstream. I guess I should replace the downstream sensors at the same time? When you replace the transmision filter and oil, should you do a flush of it???

You don't have to take off where the door shuts. Just line up the the regulator screws to the regulator and you're good to go. Have done it many times.

What is the size of the base, the middle part and the top part?

The base is 4ft X 4ft wide. The height of each section is about 2ft. The top section is 2ft 7 inches tall.

The needle bearings in the valve rockers go bad and if you wait too long the associated cam may also be damaged. Check out @AlexTheCarDoctor for the rocker replacement how-to.
