How do you go from recording and playing to just recording again. On my fs-6 pedal with the cube street 2 when i click and enters in play and recording at the same time it starts recording and playing at the same time after lets say 6 sec more or less. It does not give me enought time to control what im recording. I would like to just record on top without playing automatically without my controll. Any insights?

Great song, great album! One of my favorite bands of the last few years. Played this to death last year. The album before this, Rites at dawn, is fantastic also. It’s been almost a daily listen for the last six months or so. Definitely check it out!

Okay, that track at 0:42 is Witch Hunt off the Moving Pictures album, not Temples of Syrinx. And the blue grass version of Tom Sawyer doesn't really work for me. Everything else is awesome though...

Zappa is a great rabbit hole to get into but it appears to be endless so buckle up. I'm currently reading the Real Zappa book and it is pretty good. A song suggestion I'd say is Cocaine decisions from the Halloween 81 performance. It is a currently favorite that doesn't get talked about much

The Allman Brothers used 2 drummers to great effect since the late 60s-early 70s.

There's so many Radiohead fans that hate on The King Of Limbs and I don't know how you could watch this and not love this album. The percussion and rhythm is insane.

The song you skipped is called Supercollider hopefully you will react to it some day. I need to give you a list of cool b-sides some of my favorite ones are the Amnesiac b-sides I guess they would be Kid A ones as well since both records were recorded together.

I have an Ovation 2000LTD edition Elite I bought in 2001 in Singapore. It has 300 year old, Russian Burl walnut soundboard, ebony fingerboard and, while I can strum a few chords but can't call myself a guitarist, I absolutely love that guitar. It is beautiful and sounds incredible and still in perfect condition (not a mark on it) with one exception: I can use the XLR connection and the Optima preamp works fine but it cuts out if I use the standard jack.

Nice! Nice reverb too and those little subtle slides you added just added a little 'something' extra to it too.

I've always loved that song. I've played a bit for years but never tried this however, just bought a nylon stringed acoustic specifically to learn it (picked it up from a charity on eBay for £6.99 and £6.99 postage so well worth it - great sounding guitar too) and will be using your video to teach me. Thanks for doing this.

That's a reason he hired Vai. Steve would transcribe Franks various leads. Inca Roads and the Adventures of Greggery Peccary. I was weened on Fillmore. 53 years ago.

Different techniques of playing guitar, tasteful music arrangements, master in producing harmonic sounds and layering music elements such as percussion, baseline, vocal melody, rhythm.
