Hi, I have one question. The sentence “quod feles mures edunt” from a pure grammatical standpoint can be understood as “because cats eat mice” and also “because mice eat cats” right? Just only from the context/ and common sense we can deduct that it is the cats doing the eating?

@@tungvu1742 Yes, it's odd, but in this case feles and mures can both have the same nominative and accusative form, it could be interpreted both ways. So you're right we can only know from context.
