The judge hasn't given the final verdict yet. He can, and should throw the whole thing out. It is an obvious politically motivated attack. The case stems from a misdemeanor charge that is past its statute of limitations, because no prosecuter would touch it, because it had so little merit. They turned that into over 30 felonies somehow. If it stands, the statute of limitations is meaningless, and anyone can be charged with anything. The old Soviet practice of "show me the man and I'll show you the crime".

Great Question, not as many as should for sure. That level of communication is really lacking, especially if the lender's source was not me. Those are sometimes the hardest to deal with. Almost as if they know they aren't my regular lender and have no hope of being so. Which would make me a fool if I did not always look for new talent for my clients.

Do I support trans rights yes, I support trans right 100% but I am voting the way I am because I love my kids. They also have told me if I vote for Trump and they find out about it.
