Dalton. Please clean up your comments and replies lists. There are obviously atrocious comments and replies. I found out today, they disappear when I report them, not sure if that's just on my feed, but some should be taken down for sure. I see you did reply under a comment about regulations violations where some people were communicating back and forth using tough words, but they can be taken down by you. And I reported some with worse directed to and about this girl or woman.

Dalton. You should monitor and clean up your comments list, there's some really creepy stuff here, this was a teenager and no female needs such negative responses. 😢

@Mrright87 thank you so kindly. I was an airplane engineer and one thing a few creepy coworkers did at one hanger is nickname a couple of airplanes with sexist slurs. I thought that was just them, many years later some creeps publicly posted their hate for diesel locos with that same thing in a short song, I was mortified that this isn't uncommon and that it is done where women hear that as an excusable act done to a thing while many more will hear that in the public social media now. I hope they lost their jobs since they couldn't just look for work with non-diesel powered alternatives and leave the diesels and their female staff out of this. I dumped that video with a thumbs down added. I hope people don't go looking for it, and Google shuts down those creeps if they are still there. Women belong on railroading as much as men do and they'll benefit the overall outcomes for everyone. Google and KZbin should catch all this and screen it out of ads, videos, comments and replies. Also, because viewers complain of comments and replies, these sections get closed at least for a while, this one did for a time after I complained, it needs to find and block the terrible stuff and do that first and for us, though (if) honestly missed, let us continue to enjoy the good stuff and or add to it. Even as we or other viewers complain.

@Mrright87 Thank you kindly. I do expect KZbin will act. I have done some thumbs down and at least one complaint on this comments and reply list prior to my above message to the video provider, KZbin only shut the list down for some time but no change when open again. So I did more after reading your reply and so far, the list is open but there needs to be real work before users can read their own and others' comments and replies which aren't okay. I have done the same on other comments and replies lists, videos and ads, for the most part no change it stays as was or comes back as was. From one kind of former engineer to another kind of engineer 😊

This is good. Its a blessing that girls and women are moving onto careers they can do and always have waited to expand to. We will have less shortages of staff and less complaints of overtime and awkward shifts when the whole population is involved. Woman Power to Megan for her experience and potential to move with this as a career among her sisters.
