Documents needed when applying to rent a property in Jamaica: 1). Copy of Government/State ID (Driver's Licence/Passport/State ID/National ID) 2). Copy of TRN Card/Slip/Letter 3). Proof of Address (JPS/NWC/Flow/Digicel Bills may be used). 4).Completed Customer Information Form 5). Completed Renters Profile Sheet 6). Completed Offer To Rent Form 7). 3 Last Payslips

Hi Kitty, yes. Once you sign the Agreement For Sale & Pay your Deposit, the Agreement will be sent back to the Seller for signing. Once that is done, the Agreement For Sale will be sent to the Stamp Office for the Sale to be Registered with the Government of Jamaica 🇯🇲 & Taxes assessed. Once this document comes back from the Stamp Office a File will be created with the necessary documents for you to take to the Bank for them to process your Mortgage.

IMO, in its current state it is seriously overvalued. The USD works out to JMD 73 mil when converted. location and sq ft is ok but it is gonna take some serious cash to modernize the doors, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, et al.

Hello, unfortunately "grills" on windows is a Jamaican Experience. Unless you live in a gated community & even in some of those communities people still choose to install "grills" for additional security. It is just how it is. But, you can always go without, if you choose. The choice is all yours.

This house needs new kitchen, a full remodel. No backyard where is the 16k sq? I’d say the interior is about 3k square feet if that so is the other 13 over the fence where the banana trees are and how do you get there?
