What state is this a legal tie down ? Four individual securement (binders) points with angled pulls is required along with a fifth boom restraint. This is a DOT officer’s wet dream rolling down the road!

Went to order brake pads for pj trailer and was told that they were discontinued and would have to replace axels. Never will I buy a pj trailer again 8 grand for a brake job is a little steep.
