I used to avoid it like the plague but it’s a daily cardio for me now. I do it for 1000 steps on 2 so 33-34 minutes

I did this one today for 8 minutes, the treadmill 30 minutes, and the tread climber for 20 minutes. I’m gonna try this one longer tomorrow. Today was my first day at the gym and I forgot my water so I guess it wasn’t too bad lol.
