It seems the distance from jabal omar jumeirah or Hilton suites to the nearest restaurant is a lengthy 10 minute walk during rush hours.

@dindays salam, Double tree by hilton is just after the Hiton Convention up this slope in this video, so you can imagine walking up and down this sloped hill everyday 5 times a day for prayers and then also going same way for food as well. If you are getting it cheaper and you don't have elders or ladies and have only young healthy men in your group then its fine but compare the price to Conrad, Hilton Suites, Jumerah hotel, Hayyat Regency as all these are good on Jabal Omar. Watch my other videos and you will get good idea. Also check Swissotel al Maqam and compare the prices. Hope this helps and may Allah accept your Umrah. @dindays in this video it's the Hilton Convention that you see ring in front so yes its doable. Just if you have elders in group they might find it little difficult over few days, hope this helps.

@DesiAbroadofficial thanks. Yea saw it but that's a bit of a walk too. The advantage of staying in clock tower or the tower beside it is that there are restaurants in the same complex/tower which you can easily grab while on your way to the hotel upstairs

@titan4077 salam, Hayat Regency is good as well, there is a small entrance right in front of it but will have to make sure leave on time for prayer otherwise gets closed. Swissotel al maqam Entry is always open and also it's in the boundary They don't let people come towards the hotel from the streets at prayer time, unless your staying at the hotel Can always come out for prayer and the tiles of haram till door, making it a part of the boundary. One of the best views I've got it up on my channel Kaaba premier room, I'd definitely book again. Great service and fast access to gates

hilton suites was nice, and if you're gonna pray in the courtyard, it's not even a 2 minute walk to the haram the only hard part is getting food from safwa towers. other than that, if you wanna have fast food, the mall inside hilton suites has pretty much everything clock towers is too busy for lunch and dinner too

Golden Tulip Al shakreen, lovely hotel is on the side of the Nabi SAW Qabr, but the further you walk the better, more reward. Always go to jamaat salaah, at least 30 mins before waqt.

This brand has a good reputation, but I personally had some problems with the management. Specifically, I had a negative experience with the hotel manager. On a different note, I hope your umrah goes smoothly, brother!

@messtika-581 I am glad it helped. I stayed in Swissotel in clocktower 10 years ago. It is a very nice hotel. The only problem with it is that you have to change lifts and then walk through the mall in clocktower to come out to Haram. There is a Swissotel al Makam hotel as well, which is not as fancy but is a very good location as you just walk out to the side of the Haram entrance from it. I'll be making a video regarding the comparison of hotels in clocktower and Jabal Omar, so please don't forget to subscribe and share videos with others. JazakAllah

We stayed at Jabal omar Hyatt and it was amazing, walk over the street and you are in the haram, and 2 mins walk to door 79.

@humblebee8334 We didn't have breakfast booked with the hotel, so I got some fruits and snacks for kids. I didn't fancy oily omlets and parathas. Parents enjoyed the tea and cake rusk. It was very conveniently located, so it was easy for us to pop in on the way back from Masjid. But I am sure it will be more expensive than other shops. There is Abraj hypermarket in clocktower, which was similar but had really nice musallahs.

@arsii89 no idea, they have stairs in front but they never open. But if you go early for prayer there is a way just in front of Hayyat Regency which is open and it's the closest to Conrad. Conrad rooms look nice on the videos online. The main opening in front of Hilton Suites is not too far from Conrad either, check my video probably only take 3 minutes. Book it If it's good price as any of these hotels as good location. Thank you for making this video. I heard a new path has been made from the Hilton Convention Hotel to the Haram so you don’t need to go up and down the hill. Is this true?

@ShammiChoudhury jazakAllah, I am not sure about this new path. See if you can find any videos about it 1st. Hilton Convention is usually cheaper in comparison to other 5 star hotels but the walk up and down the hill put me off as you don't realise how much you have to walk there, especially as they keep closing different ways around prayer times. Try and confirm if there is a better way before booking it as I am not aware of it. But if you are young and don't have elderly parents or children with you then should be fine. Most Agents are booking The Address these days but I did not see any shuttle when I was walking up the hill after Fajar prayer.

@mohamedabdulkadir1437 definitely better to prebook breakfast. I don't exactly remember the price, but it was much higher if you didn't prebook it. We didn't have breakfast included as we got snacks from Bin-Dawood. Hope this helps. I booked a stay here paying an additional £26 pp for breakfast, I would say its reasonably priced and something that I would always pay for and would recommend. I personally don't add dinners to my bookings as I prefer to mix things up and get from different places but as for breakfast, its a must for me. Thanks Desi abroad for the footage!
