I have what the doctors diagnosed as partial cerebral palsy since birth. But mine wasn't diagnosed until i was 2 years old. CP affects the left side of my body. Does the CP affect your arms and if so how has the carnivore diet helped with that? My left arm, wrist and hand is very weak. I'm almost 54.

CP does affect my right side and legs, the carniore approach (which I am not on any longer) helped from an inflammation stand point. These days I eat a lot of protein and some greens that my body can tolerate.

that works only if opponent are quite weak and not taking counter actions. In real shit you better have a gun and know how to use it FAST and efficient.

What about yoko wakare instead might try a cross grip then try to shoot your legs to the side and turn your head. It looks more like that throw than tomae nage.

i'll certainly consider that

Very difficult to drop a chin when you don't expect a chokehold in a situation where it usually wouldn't happen. I searched up an escape for a sitting chokehold after watching a video of a guy getting choked unconscious at a press conference and he had no time to do anything
@theadaptiveone Жыл бұрын
Difficult? Sure, impossible not at all, even if a person can drop their chin a small amount it makes all the difference. Even in BJJ practice, a choke from the rear can come fast even when ukulele know it’s coming, but you have to have the tools and mental fortitude to fight the choking arm . All I’m trying to accomplish is giving others like myself tools they can use

That sucks brother, even though some days might suck. Try and keep moving, eating healthy and stay hydrated. Do whatever you can to keep your body and mind moving.. Have you ever thought about starting your own online learning program? I'd love to learn your style of karate. Don't let the stupidity of people get to you. You still have a ton to offer.
