My family will be happy now because I’ll be driving around with a cool car again in the summer. So actually was able to go through 2.5 summers with the issue. The issue started in early 2022.

Aren't you supposed to unscrew the oil cap from under the hood while draining too so that there is no vacuum effect and properly drains all the old oil?

Once you spend the money on the car and it’s driving good why get rid of it. I have an 08 and I wish it was manual but hey and truth be told I wouldn’t wanna get rid of it. Mines has 183k and I got it with 147k and it drives really good.

I have cleaned this piece previously and the notice went away. Today I cleaned it after the warning came on and the notice has not gone away.

Bought a 2006 TSX with 190K. I got all the dealer service records with it. Oil has been changed every 5K miles. All new tires, ball joints, tie tod ends, ac compressor etc, all done before I bought the car. Previous owner just had s new timing chain set installed before I bought the car. It uses no oil, leaks no oil. I an very picky and maintain my vehicles meticulously, so I'll have this TSX for years.

I converted my system to 134a after changing the compressor. Best decision of my life.

ps: freon is not a consumable. It doesn't get used up in the process of using the AC .... just as an example your fridge is full of freon and it works for years on end without needing a refill;)

Mine stopped working after i put r134a on my system..it blows but warm air not cold..but from what i read the 2017 honda Civic can't handle the new r1234yf..i hope i didn't mess up my system with the r134a

The 3rd and 4th Ignition coil from the left hand side is very difficult to unscrew....

How did the recharge hold up?

I have a 2013 C and i love ir with 97k miles. Great on gas. Not worried about speed. Catalytic converter is tucked upward. I still got a security plate for it. Love this car.

It's not a problem with the Prius C that a$$#ole thieves steal catalytic converters. Someone stole the catalytic converter on my Ford F-250. I guess you could say it's a problem with the truck because it's high off the ground so a$$#ole thieves can easily slide under there and cut it off.

Ive driven a few s2000s but never an FG2 civic Si. How would you say the power delivery and sound of the Si's K20 compares to the s2000s motor? They look very similar on paper. Very helpful review btw!
