If ur going to apply putty na, sureseal has to be applied before. otherwise u can mix the color and apply

Before applying sureseal two coat urp 301 then sure seal

if the wall is gud condition , we can scrub and apply sureseal. If the wall is in bad condition apply URP 1:1.5 ratio and then apply sureseal
