Rivers of Blood. Drops from an Okina invade. I think the invade is in Mohgwyn Palace but I'm not 100% on that, I know for sure its Okina though

The other person replying is correct on the name (Rivers of Blood) and the invader but the location is right next to where the fire giant arena is. Its a little church that's just off to the side.
