This helps a lot... I did this even tho im 120lvl, which is still crazy hard. Parry with haze/ tempest + backwave is the most consistent strategy. Thank you, you are an absolute legend.

Yeah that's the point of this build and that's why it's useful in the guiding lands bc when you flinch shot a monster they drop shinny loot
