Such a delightfully smooth, relaxing rendition of a Ray Noble classic from the '30's by Frank Wess. Flautists are gaining recognition as they demonstrate their versitility performing various genres. From ancient civilizations to the '20th and '21st century, the list of flute players is extensive. The talents of Hubert and Ronnie Laws, Herbie Mann, Pacho, Althea Rene, Magen Woodside, Bobbi Humphrey, Nestor Torres, James Moody, Yusif Lateef, whew! To borrow a phrase from Mozart, to me the flute is Magical.

This is what some cuban musicians played. They are great in this video. Cuba had alot of great musicians that we never knew or heard because Fidel never let them come here to America People listen to Afro-Cuban band and other cuban bands. They are great 👍
