It's an imbalance of power that I find sickening. People with Part 15 stations are only trying to fill a need in their communities that the "big guys" either don't know about or don't care about. These Part 15s like ours wouldn't exist if they would program their licensed stations for their listeners. Instead, you have this unelected monarchy called the FCC going around knocking on doors to take these stations that are giving their listeners what they want off the air.

LPAM will never happen in the USA. The FCC would make it too complicated and full of do this but you can't do that. 20Watts and the owner has to understand what he/she is dealing with going on the air with a legal signal ....no interference to the "big guys"........NO COMMERCIALS. A professional approach to broadcasting. I'm running 3 watts. Never received any email. I have had listeners looking for "pirate stations" contact me that they can hear my signal sometimes 25 miles away. At that distance it's really really weak. But that's a hobby to a lot of radio DX folks
