Four long-haired Liverpool lads playing rock n roll music in the early 60's! Yes, that would have been a very hard sell to London recording moguls. Lucky to have Brian to do it and then George Martin to see their potential.😮

Echoes of Yoko: "I knew some songs of the Beatles, but it wasn't my sort of thing." I guess that's the trick- reach new levels of coyness to nab a Beatle.

So if you tour with Paul, he will only provide vegetarian food, but he's not preaching and you won't getr fired if you buy yourself a burger with your own money. If you gave George a gun, he might not have shot politicians but there were times he might have shot Paul.

I was there. My first Paul McCartney gig as young 19yr old with my 14yr old sister. I remember his voice being very strong but the audience annoyed me by singing so loudly. Ha ha.

What a lovely film, Brian Epstein seemed like a really descent man and he and the Beatles were all just very innocent but very talented too.

I remember when Joanne Petersen’s book There's a Beatle in My Closet was anticipated to be published 9 March 3 2004 by Angus & Robertson. It had even been assigned an ISBN number when it disappeared, presumably in accordance with the wishes of the same person who arranged for the 2023 non-publication of Gregory Martin's recently planned biography, including the intimate entanglement with a Beatle experiencef by his father George Martin. I expect that Joanne now abides by terms of a McCartney initiated Non Disclosure Agreement, she can't be expected to speak about this. But even mentions of the suppressed book have been censored in comments by pro-censorship Australia media corporation ABC broadcasting. We the people are grateful to independent media <3

The world really owes a lot to Brian Epstein, if it hadn't of been for his expert managing of the Beatles and their image in the early days, the Beatles would not have become world famous. After Epstein died the Beatles became incapable of managing themselves and they eventually split up.😢

Jweish, gay, undistinguished, he had failed at almost everything he did. His disappointed father put him charge of the record department in his store. When a customer requested recordings by the Beatles, Epstein visited the Cavern nightclub where they were performing. Epstein, who had no experience, approached Lennon about managing the Beatles. He put his heart and soul into making them successful. In the process, he made them the biggest music stars in the world. The moral: never underestimate ANYONE!
