Great video. Thanks for posting. Just one question...I didn't see where the alert mechanism goes or it wasn't shown...that's what I was looking for since I didn't see how they were installed in my brakes before I removed the pads. Where exactly do they go? Thanks!

Great vid man. I’m looking to do the same thing because I absolutely can’t stand the rust ring that forms on the middle of the rotors where the pads don’t touch down. My calipers could definitely use a coat of paint too. Did you notice if your new rotors started to rust and build up where the pads don’t touch down ? I’m looking to get rotors that won’t rust like that.

Thank you for this I am so tired of paying so much money to have my brakes and rotors changed I just had them changed 3 months ago and the rear are grinding again there is no way in hell I’m paying for someone to do them again this quick (I got them changed at jiffy lube should explain a lot) lol

The rubber is where you adjust the brake shoes through that hole

Good job. I got the same whip, same color. I ordered the power stop ceramic brake kit and R1 Concepts Drilled/Slotted rotors. Nice to know the set up and assembly is simple on these to do. Appreciate the video and looking forward to the next project you do.

Have they rusted from where they’re slotted and drilled? Heard their products rust even tho they say they dont.

@@josesantoyo1163 no rust but every rotor tends to get that bit of rust due to the weather or car not being used for more than a few hours. I’ve had my car sitting at my job then after a 10 hr work shift I noticed some light rust but it comes right off once you start driving. Even with stock rotors

I replaced my brakes a couple months ago and didn’t reinstall the springs. Everything works fine tho. What are they actually for and do you like this rotor kit

I’m no professional, but my guess is that they are to keep the pads off the rotors when you’re not applying pressure to the brakes. Overall this kit lasted and it stopped my car, only issue I had was that the rotors had little grooves prematurely

Yes bro upgrade them rims and you won't need spacers, nice video tho I use to have a 17 max back in 17...im think thinking about getting another might do the 20 max but I hateeeeeee the fog light housing smfh

Hey. Question. I got the maxima 2010. Now I got the spacer 5x114.3. With a 66.1 cb. Bore hub. But. The center area does not fit Wen I chk on eBay it says. The hub bore middle circle is 66.1. Fir my car but it don’t not completely fit. It sticks out some so what is the correct size. Is it. A 66.2. Or 66.1.
