Hi Julie, Thanks for your September update. From a finance brokering perspective I can report a slight softening on interest rates and in some cases the buffer rate being applied (I am careful to say this as buffer rates are subject to NCCP ruling etc.) BTW do you have any landscape photos of Culburra Beach we could use for the local chamber website. Be good to get a few so we can use actual local photos on the site. Cheers for now.
