I bought my used from a school that purchased it as a back up and never used it. However, I do not have the instruction manual. I was able to remove the large bolt that was in the back, but how do I get the black rubber part and the rest of that to come out? I tried to use some pliers, but I didn’t want to tear off that rubber piece if it’s supposed to stay on there.

We also use diatomaceous earth to help keep any flys or mites/fleas away or killed by sprinkling a good dusting over the bedding and let sit all day while the goats are out .

DUDE. i went home last night and removed these, my wife had tried running it yesterday and it had shaken itself 2 feet from it's original position, that was at 400RPM. removed the bolts - ran the washer at it's highest setting. INCREDIBLE. how on earth i missed this ne single step i don't know...

God bless you perchfarm. I went through 15 videos trying to fix the violent shake. Looked at yours and the problem was fixed within 10 minutes. I might put the shipping bolts back in if me and the old lady want a fun night. Damn thing shook and vibrated the hole house!

Installers forgot to remove the shipping bolts. I had no idea about them. Ran two cycles and the washer was shaking so violently that it damaged/melted the floor where the washer made contact. Thank goodness for your video. Now I need to find those plastic covers for the holes, since the installers didn't leave them behind.

Thank you Sir!!! We just purchase a new stacked LG washer/dryer combo and it was violently shaking during the spin cycle and we could not figure out why. Like you, I adjusted the feet and everything was level but it was still shaking and moving all over the place. I was about to contact Home Depot to tell them that we received defective units. Then I thought, let me check KZbin to see if anyone else had experienced the same issues. The first video that popped up was yours and man am I happy that it did. I popped out those dampeners (your right the instructions stink) an now the spin cycle is as quite as a mouse (a big mouse that is) and most important, the wife is happy. Thanks again for sharing your experience with your washer and the fix.

Got the same problem with brand new LG washing machine... it's a 95kg (190 pound) giant box moving 1 meter on its own during 5 minute spin cycle
