Binged all of your Singapore videos and am unsure why it's not getting that much deserving views/subs as your editing is great, choice of bg music and transitions as well. Only issues I can objectively critic on is perhaps the fonts on your thumbnails could be more brighter, slightly larger/wider and more inviting. Maybe also a color change of your channel logo/background to make it more eye-popping rather than using a deep purple with black might help increase subs.

Welcome to Singapore. Hope you enjoyed your visit here. It has been raining almost every afternoon lately. But at least it helps to cool down the heat here.

We had so much fun. I really want to come back, we are missing all of the delicious food!
@geniegal7810 ай бұрын
That dessert is called Chng Teng, a local dessert meant to cool off the body heat 😊 Do come back again as there are still lots of hawker centres in SG to explore.
@TQM.Travels10 ай бұрын
We definitely will. What are your favorite food centers that we should try??
@geniegal7810 ай бұрын
@@TQM.Travels if you stay around Chinatown, besides Maxwell, there are the Chinatown Complex, Hong Lim & People's Park Complex Food centres. Then away from the Chinatown area, hawker centres at Amoy Street, Adam Road, Golden Mile, Tiong Bahru, Old Changi Airport, East Coast Lagoon Food Village etc has good food too. The list goes on all over Singapore, North, South, East, West areas, very hard to name all. 😅 Furthermore, there are also quite a few individual food establishments that have been operating for years in SG as well, good to try out too.
@geniegal7810 ай бұрын
Try dipping the toast into the eggs next time! 😊 Beside the Buddhist relic temple is the Chinatown Complex, where there's lots of good local street food up on the 2nd level. Singapore is wet & humid all year round so we love spicy food. 😊 You can see almost every food has some spice in it!
@geniegal7810 ай бұрын
Yes! The entire SG has lots of good street food! 😊

SG is really really close to the equator, that explains the constant humid weather we have. 😅

The dark syrup thing is made from the sap of the coconut tree. The flowering spike is cut and the sap that flows from that is collected and reduced. It is known as Gula Melaka, or "Sugar of Malacca".

Would you recommend the tour? What was the website you booked the tour from and were you staying in Naples?
@TQM.Travels Жыл бұрын
Hmm, an interesting question. The tour we booked was from Get Your Guide. I have a link for it in the descriptipn, and we were picked up and dropped off in Naples. We definitely enjoyed the tour, especially since we were in Italy for such a short time. But it was a bit rushed, so I would maybe look to see if there is one that visits maybe 2 of the cities instead to allow you to explore a little longer. Or maybe stay in Sorrento, which was our favorite of the three cities we visited, and then try to get a tour to some of the other cities in the coast.

I'm in Sokcho now! I had the squid sausage and didn't even know cause my son got it. It wasn't my fav, I prefer the blood sausage, but my son liked it. I saw the honey ice cream, but didn't get it, next time I walk by it i'll have to grab it. Great video

Thanks! One day I'll get some time to edit the rest of this trip lol. I started up a disc golf channel that is starting to take off, so all of my time gets sucked into it. But these travel vlogs are definitely my passion projects lol.

Thank you TQM! After doing some KZbin videos on another channel I am looking to minimize steps on my new channel. I have a Sony A7R3 similar to yours. This what I am thinking... I tried previously connecting my Sony directly to my PC with the Sony software and it was ok but a bit grainy, so I'm looking to get higher quality. Is the CamLink 4K better? So I am thinking... Sony A7RIII + the Battery Adapter + CamLink 4K adapter + OBS for LiveStream. Leaning toward Elgato USB-C Stream Deck for some audio mixing and screen/cam swapping with only 1 cable connection to laptop. For other view(s)... will experiment with an existing USB WebCam... looking to get rid of tripods and weight. Can upgrade to better webcam later. Now I just need an extra room where I can block out all daylight and record at any time.
@TQM.Travels Жыл бұрын
I like the quality from the CamLink 4K, it looks really clear and will be perfect for your main cam setup. If you really want, in OBS you can load in LUTs if you do any color grading with your camera vids which I liked a lot.

Hey, I was just wondering if you travelled by bus within Taroko Gorge? If you did, could you share some information (timings, convenience, is it crowded?) regarding the bus service as I am unable to find sufficient information online? :(

We booked a tour through Island Life Taiwan, which included transportation from our hotel to the park and through the park, so we didn't have to hop from bus to bus. Sorry I couldn't help more!

@TQM.Travels Жыл бұрын
We were here at the end of April. I'm sure it gets even warmer in the summer! It was definitely hot and humid outside, but luckily there are so many things to do inside where it's air conditioned. Also, if you don't want to walk as much, it's pretty easy to take taxis around, and Singapore also has a good MRT metro system as well. Just be sure to bring water around with you to stay hydrated! I'd say it's definitely worth visiting, especially if you love to eat street food!
