I wish I would of seen these as a kid. I honestly think seeing Superman beating up a cigarette peddler, would have made think twice about smoking. They should have also got Batman into it. Seeing him throw a Batarang at a pack of cigarettes, as it's being handed to a kid, and having it stick to a wall while the badguy coughs and gasps for air from shock; as Batman appears from the darkness. "Careful kids. Those things will make your lungs blacker than my suit. As for you, you're going to have sometime to think about your choices in life, while hanging from above this furnace..."

Nick O'Teen was in the wrong, we must recognize that his actions of enticing minors with tobacco is against the law. Do these crimes equate an execution by a vigilante?

This guy should come back as a staple villain for Superman for shits and giggles. Clearly he’s immortal, or at least extremely durable, to withstand the punishment Superman inflicts onto him.

Yeah, but look at it from Nick O'Teen's point of view: there he is, doing his job by offering Metropolis' kids free samples, when some bully in spandex turns up and twats him. Maybe he works for a big company and has quotas to satisfy. In which case, imagine the ticking off he gets from his boss back at the office, to say nothing of his plummeting self-esteem from constant humiliation. And people say think of the children.

With this art and animation style, this had real potential to be a tv series

The animation on these ads is completely animated in comic style very smoothly. You can imagine it's a lot of hard work and dedication to practice.

I'm not very strongly invested into all the DC, Marvel and whatnot, but I can enjoy some simple "Super Man saves the day and that's it." entertainment. I heard, the new shows are all so full of wanna-be deep and depressing stories and I think, that's silly and unnenjoyable. For me, the whole point of a super hero series, is that it doesn't have any unnecessairly bullshit story writing. If I think of super heroes, this right here, is what I think about. No complicated plot, no sad premise or background story, that nobody asks for, no annoying characters. Just Super man throwing away evil cigarettes on a bright and sunny day.
