Nice work guys!! When we still used our Roland VG2-540 for cutting, I found it was easy to line up the registration mark with the plotter knife instead of feeling or watching for the cutter strip. Cheers!!

Best thing you can do is use the Roland Color Library for your colors when editing. Also you can try to print unidirectional / and high quality settings when setting up print jobs in versaworks that should help out. Let me know if that helps!

thats not a pro weeding that lambo logo, that should pop right out. And your cutting it on the wrong machine. you dont use tweezers. You use and x-acto blade number 16. Should take you 30 seconds to weed, Your roland can spit them out.

@@TheBasquiatjm If I laminate i let it dry for atleast 2hours. if not laminating has to outgas for atleast 6 hours. It uses regular 3 pin plug so yes you can run it anywhere at home.

Is there difference between KISS CUT and DIE CUT ?! You make kiss cut with a die. Die is an instrument KISS CUT is way of cutting. Just kissing the bottom layer. If you press way more then you may cutt bottom layer and that's problem.

Hello Mark, I watched some of your videos and I have a question for you. I got the same printer/cutter, but I cant really make clean cuts thru vinyl, only for circles and easy forms yes, but as soon i get in to corners or difficult cuts it starts bringing the vinyl. My question is, do you use 60 or 45 degree blades for those cuts? I watched a video of the tacoma decals you made and they came out really clean. Do you mind telling me which blades did you use? and i guess it was .500 offset?
@GrafixLabLV
@GrafixLabLV 8 ай бұрын
When you make the cutlines just make sure you soften the hard edges. I use a 60 degree blade now @ .500 just do alot of test cuts from the machine to get the right pressure.
