Hello! We recommend cleaning the solution off the tiles manually with a hose or sponge etc. ensuring you keep clear of any vegetation.

Hello! We do not recommend this product for Indian sandstone as the solution is acid based and may damage your tiles. We have an alternative product, TT Paving Solutions Heavy Duty Cleaner, which will remove grout haze and not cause damage as it is an alkaline based solution.

Hi m8 im using your product tomorrow what is the best mix the haze is quite bad .its a grey slab with charcoal easyflow grout there are some patchy area's quite noticeable

Hello! If your hazing is quite bad, we recommend going neat with the product and testing in a small area to ensure there are no bad reactions with your tiles.

Phosphoric acid didn't remove the grout . Have you ever used hydrochloric brick acid on non glazed porcelain tiles and do you think that might work? As it has a matte finish anyway. Ta

I have recently had porcelain slabs laid out the back. Ive noticed a few of them have turned quite white and some yellowing around the edges. Will this stuff get them back looking good? Thanks

Hi! The Grout Haze Remover works on porcelain- its more effective when its been installed. Its good for removing grout and plaster however, I'd probably suggest another product if the yellowing isn't a result of grout or and builders dirt.

Hello! You can apply this to the whole patio following the instructions on the bottle. It wont effect the joints as it is PH neutral cleaner. We worked with one tile to showcase the great effects of this solution.

Hi, this is a 10mm tile but you can use the machine with the correct blade on 20mm. With 20mm, you are just asking a lot of your grinder so make sure you have some spare batteries!🙌🏼

Hello! The rust remover solution is acidic so it can cause damage, however this is very minimal unless you are dealing with extremely large quantities. It is recommended you use an extraction system, such as the Ventosa, to remove the solution off of your paving and preventing it moving to your wildlife areas.
