It's like this.. Alphys and undyne takes Sans eye just to power up the core, but Sans doesn't like the idea of them using his eye that he didn't agree on and they took it by force.. He destroyed the core so they don't use his eye. Then he took one of the gaurds eye and along the way he made Alphys braindead.. Sans has trouble remembering things, because of it.. It's sad and horrific story..
