They could out sing and dance any group in the industry! Dave Prater was probably the best dancer of them all! Damn!

I first heard this Carter Family Classic in 1959, and it was the only song that I learned to play on both guitar and harmonica. Chet's version still reigns!

Bobby got very close to the ladies in all of these types of duets, but I remember in his duet with Stevie Wonder (if I was a carpenter) he did not get as close. It wasn't too far apart, just not as close as he was to these ladies

Still one of the greatest and most sexy duets ever filmed. They didn't just sing the words.. they FELT the words.. and let it all out, it was a mutual crush, never taking their eyes off one another from start to end. It was rumored they had an affair. Darin was too much of a gentleman to ever say anything, though he was not married at that time as his health was declining, his blue lips in the clips (and in better clips) giving it away. Clark was, and still is, married to Claude Wolff (for 58 years now).. but as she's said, throughout that period she had a number of "encounters" secretly, she admits her love of Darin, and had said since the 70's that she and Wolff live very separate lives. All we do know is that the two of them were and are great artists, full of passion... and left us a vivid impression of what it's like to be in love and adore another person ... in song.
