I live in France. I've met 1 French person I like, in 6 years. I'm not even that fussy about the acquaintances I make, I will chat politely to anyone and I did consider myself non judgemental and easy to talk to....but in rural France WTF! I'm sure the cities are more inclusive and diversity is valued,. In the countryside the French talk to their family and tight knit social circle established in preschool and preserved until death and no-one else. I'm not sure which nations are the hardest to integrate into but France has got to be near the top.
